Le Bec Fin Chez Saïd
Our family restaurant opened its doors in 1969. It was our grandfather Saïd, a professional chef from Tizi Ouzou, who, after opening his first restaurant, decided to move to France in 196
That year, he opened "Le Thermomètre," located in the Marais district. After five years on Rue de Poitou, he decided to settle in the 10th arrondissement, where he opened the restaurant "Le Bec Fin." And that’s how our establishment was born.
The success of his cooking has continued to captivate our guests, who return to enjoy his delicious méchoui, fine couscous semolina, lamb and beef skewers, kidneys, and merguez.

Today, it is his son Ahmed and his grandson Saïd who continue to carry on his unique know-how and his love for cooking.
Since our opening, we have been welcoming you in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, where every dish tells a story – the story of our culture, our know-how, and most importantly, our passion for authentic cooking.
For us, cooking is a matter of heart and tradition. Staying true to traditional recipes, we take great pride in preserving the techniques, flavors, and cooking methods that define the richness of Algerian gastronomy.
Our specialty? Méchoui on the spit, carefully prepared according to ancient traditions. Slowly roasted, expertly seasoned, and cooked to perfection, it offers tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat with an incomparable flavor.
This iconic dish reflects our commitment: to offer honest, generous cuisine full of character.
Whether you come with family, friends, or a loved one, Le Bec Fin chez Saïd is a place of sharing and warmth, where you can gather around a great meal, just like at home.
Come experience authentic cuisine and let yourself be swept away by the flavors of Algeria, at the heart of our table.
